However, minor color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
3. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Product availability is subject to stock
4. Orders & Payments
- Customers must provide accurate details while placing orders
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment (except COD, if available)
- CarpetVilla reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 8–15 business days across India
- Delivery time may vary based on location or unforeseen conditions
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

CarpetVilla shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Minor variations in handmade products
- Issues arising from incorrect customer information

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
