Refund policy

At CarpetVilla, we take pride in offering premium handmade carpets. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in design, texture, or color are natural and not considered defects.

 

 

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery only in the following cases:

- Wrong product delivered

- Wrong size delivered

- Product has a manufacturing defect

- Significant color defect (not matching product description)

Note:-

  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display are not considered defects.
  • Handmade carpets may have slight irregularities, which are a sign of authenticity.

 

 

2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a request, contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

Please share:-

- Order ID

- Issue details

- Product images (if applicable)


We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster resolution (not mandatory but helpful).

Once the product is returned and inspected at our facility, your request will be processed within 4–6 business days.

 

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

- If the issue is due to our error (wrong product / defect), CarpetVilla will bear return shipping costs.

-In other cases, return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.


 

4. Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 4–6 business days.

Note:-

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Conditions for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible:-

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

- Original packaging and tags must be intact

- Product must be returned in proper condition


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

- Custom size carpets

- Personalized or made-to-order carpets

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


 

7. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
